CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express credit card payments.
MONEY ORDERS:
Non-credit card orders can be made by sending us a money order.
Add the items you want in your shopping cart as if ordering online. When you're done shopping, view the cart and scroll down.
Print out the form and send us a money order made out to the total amount. Be sure to select the correct shipping option, otherwise there
may be a delay in shipping. OR just write legibly on a sheet of paper your order specifying your order along with your name, address,
email, and phone number. Please make checks payable to XGX Racing.
SHIPPING:
We ship all items through USPS. Once an order is placed and the payment is received, our standard shipping takes 10-12 business days to be delivered within the U.S. USPS is not open on national holidays (Please check with USPS for closings)
We can provide tracking numbers at your request.
If you suspect your shipment is lost, give us a call and we will trace it for you.
Damaged or lost shipments should be reported to the carrier immediately.
Please keep any damaged goods and containers. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within five (5) days.
Shipping damage due to UPS or incorrect item will be immediately replaced upon receiving the original order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
XGX Racing is not responsible for any custom handling fees, duties, or taxes for merchandise imported to your country. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international shipping.
RETURN POLICY:
Custom graphics are non-refundable. Standard graphics may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
BEFORE ACCEPTING RETURNS, YOU MUST CALL US AT 1-814-837-7789 TO RECEIVE AN RA# AND TELL US THE REASON FOR THE RETURN!
Once you get the RA# from our customer service representative,
you can return your order to XGX Racing. Please include a copy of your invoice with the supplied RA#. XGX Racing will refund your purchase amount less
a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. The authorizatin number must be clearly written on the package to be received correctly by our returns department.
We will authorize returns of defective products or incorrect items sent that is our error. We will replace the incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Absolutely NO returns accepted unless the merchandise is in original cartons in new condition. Credit will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, or abused. All returns must include a written explanation and a copy of the invoice.
ATTENTION** XGX cannot refund any orders placed through dealers. Please contact the dealer or disbributor where you made your original order from to discuss their return policy.**
